01. Seller and scope
Your seller is Xiamen Gurui Mingfang Import & Export Co., Ltd.. These purchase terms apply to orders on slideeasey.com alongside the delivery, returns and payment information presented before your order. Nothing here overrides consumer protections that apply by law.
02. Products and suitability
Read the listing, included components and care instructions before ordering. Check dimensions, shelf clearances and mounting compatibility for organizers. Photographs may show decorative props that are not included unless listed. Natural bamboo grain and screen-rendered colors may vary, but products must match their description.
03. Orders and payment
Provide accurate checkout details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. The checkout total and displayed currency apply to your order. An automated receipt confirms submission; we will contact you if payment, availability or a material listing error prevents fulfillment. We will not substitute goods or increase a paid price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, payments collected for it will be refunded.
04. Delivery and changes
Review the Shipping Policy and the delivery information supplied for your order. Contact us immediately about address changes or cancellations. Whether a practical change can be made depends on fulfillment progress; mandatory cancellation rights are unaffected.
05. Returns and product problems
Our Return & Refund Policy describes voluntary returns and statutory rights. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Do not continue using a product if damage or instability makes use unsafe; contact support.
06. Responsible household use
Follow the product's supplied instructions and stated limits. Storage items are not toys or climbing supports. Secure hanging products as directed, avoid overloading, and check attachments periodically. Keep packaging and small components away from children.
07. Responsibility and disputes
We remain responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or personal injury. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution; this does not remove your right to use competent courts, regulators or other available dispute processes. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain applicable.
08. Changes to these terms
The terms presented when you buy apply to that purchase. Later updates do not remove rights attached to an existing order. See the date on this page for the current version.
