01. Destinations and rates
We accept delivery addresses supported by the shipping options available at checkout. Shipping charges are presented before payment. If your address has no available rate, contact us before placing an order; worldwide delivery is not implied.
02. Processing and delivery estimates
Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. Use the delivery or dispatch estimate provided for your order at checkout or before purchase. If no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering for an estimate for your destination. We do not promise a universal delivery time across all products and countries.
03. Fulfillment and tracking
The dispatch location can vary by item and fulfillment arrangement and may differ from our registered office. Items can arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details, when available, are shared through the order's contact information. A created label may precede the carrier's first scan.
04. Address accuracy
Check the full address and contact details before paying. Report a mistake immediately; we can only change shipping details while the fulfillment process permits. We will explain and obtain agreement to any additional postage before arranging customer-requested reshipping.
05. Taxes and cross-border orders
Review the taxes and duties shown at checkout. For international orders, ask us before buying if the checkout does not explain whether import charges are included. Customs processing may affect arrival estimates.
06. Late, missing or damaged parcels
Contact us if the quoted delivery period has passed or tracking stops progressing. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, check safe delivery locations and building reception, then let us know. We will investigate with the delivery provider; a scan alone does not close your claim. Confirmed non-delivery or damage will be addressed with an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.
